I called back the number and a male answered. He has what appeared to be either an Indian or Pakistani accent. I told him to stop calling and to remove me from his call list as this is a cell phone, plus I was going to report the call on the Do No Call registry. He argued that he didn't call me, that I called him, but I stated that I was returning his call and to stop calling. Then I did the next best thing, I blocked his phone number.
