I answered and they don't even know my name or why they even called me, just keep asking for a different phone # on file because they can't pull up my account, well they called me??? says its Sallie Mae, I owe no money to them. Have requested 10 times as of today for them to remove my phone # or tell me why they are calling me. Hasn't happened yet
