Like others, the call was 'from Cigna' about some prescription thingy. I don't have Cigna for prescriptions.
Cigna robocall from 1(267)569-4916 BEWARE! This is the message Hello, this is cigna calling again for (my name) we are calling again for an important reminder about your prescriptions, we can also help you with retail if you would like, please return our call at 1(833)787-7644 TTY users should call 711, you can call from Monday thru Sunday, from 8am to 8pm Eastern Time. Again the number is 1(833)787-7644 thank you and have a good day. But just 3 months ago, this same phone number, called and it was another Robo call, but it said that it was cigna, and they were calling with an important opportunity to discuss my prescriptions and medical care and how they could help coordinate all of my health care. I only call cigna directly, with the actual verified phone numbers that are on my card, or on my papers. And this is the only way to make sure that you are actually talking to the right people. They had no idea of the calls or numbers, most companies do not call or email you, they will either Mail you or contact u in person, but always use the phone numbers that you know, because they can always get you to the right people.
I got the call like the May 15, 2019 post stated. Because I was also suspicious, I googled it before leaving any information and found this site. Thanks to all who post.
claim to be CIGNA, start to ask for id information, phone number does not match my insurers records!
Called, left voice mail, HIGHLY suspect scam. !) Cited "833-787-7644" but call was from "267-569-4916" 2) Cigna customer service and all other numbers on my card are "800" numbers. 3) Voicemail said that they, "wanted to discuss my treatment options". I'm not being treated for anything; besides I only have their drug plan, not any medical. 4) In the 8 years I've had their drug plan not once have they ever called - they send information via U.S. Mail even if you give them an email for info. 5) Can't find this number after a Google search or any of the 5 sites I've searched on, including Cigna's own site. Like I said, Sounds like A SCAM to me.
It is a robocall claiming to be from Cigna I am asked to confirm my name before it proceeds. That is when I hang up. I have called Cigna on a number known to be theirs and they know nothing about 833-787-7644.

They gave a number 833-787-7644 for call back which sounded ligit, The number they called from was 267-569-4916. I verified my first name with the automated questions, but when it asked for my date of birth I hung up.
