I just received a call from this company and answered them. I told them I never had an account that they are claiming. She was combative over the phone and told me she was gonna send it to court. I told her to feel free but I want to put it on record that I never had that account. If they do send me something I will call an attorney and sue them for fraud.

When asked what number I was calling from when I selected option #1, which they would know since they had my full name, I replied you have the phone number there and the phone went to a busy signal and disconnected. The company name stated was Refi Solutions. Same people, just different number.
