Got a Voice Mail from 215-302-4880 identifying themselves as Express-Scripts. They told me to call 833-764-0786. The odd thing is they called on my alternate number which they don't have. I called E.S. to the number they had online. Man said they don't have my alternate phone number on file. FRAUD/SCAM is what I suspect. (and there wasn't an express-scripts caller ID, either)
I received a call from 833-764-0786 and it was a recorded message that I needed to call back regarding my pharmacy benefits. I was suspicious, so I found the actual contact number for Express Scripts on their web page, and when I called was informed that no one had called me from their company to discuss my account. BEWARE!
