Who called me from this phone number (833) 712-4511

Company informed retired mother that her cell phone account was hacked. They then told her to call another number so that she could get her pc checked out. They sold her on a lifetime wifi firewall for $999.99 to be a check picked up by FedEx. Looked at pc and couldn't find anything but free/shareware installed along with LogMeIn software for later access I assume. They removed TeamViewer software that I use to fix her pc. We put a stop on the check, backed up important files.
