BLOCKED SPAM CALL FROM COLLECTION AGENCY. I DO NOT OWE ANYBODY ANYTHING SO THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. THE RECORDED MESSAGE YOU HEAR WHEN CALLING BACK SAYS THE NAME OF THE SO CALLED AGENCY. LMFAO THAT THE CALL WAS MARKED SPAM AND DID NOT RING.

Every time I pick up, you hear the person breathing, then they don't respond after you've said hello. 3-4 seconds later they're hanging up.
