Automated recording asking for me by name and press 0 yo speak with live agent. I pressed 0, sounds like a call center in the background then a guy , chris gets on the phone and ask how can he help me. Which is odd because they called me. So I stated you called me and then he says oh and repeats my name. I asked who are, he repeats his name and proceeds to tell me their filing documents against me with the local clerks office. Then read off four numbers and asked was that my social. I said no and read them again in a different order. I said no that's not my social either. Then he says real fast ok, contact your local clerks office. I'll take your name off then hangs up.

I just received the same phone call. The guy starts talking fast, reading off a social number and then say we will see you in court. I am so tired of getting spam calls.... This needs to stop.....
