Who called me from this phone number (833) 524-2241

Usually do not answer when I do not know phone number, but getting tired of having to listen to nothing or robocall in voicemail. Answered thought no one was there, then the robo kicked in saying they were a debt collector & started to give # to call back, I hung up.
