Got a call from 8334998478?
Fraudulently reporting litigation for a family member.
Called saying I have a pending case however, I do not have anything with them. Very unprofessional and will not leave name nor what case is about
Called wouldnt say what company was charging me.
They call saying owe money when I tell them it isn't me they get angry. They say they attend office but act very unprofessional. When ask to stop calling they refuse. I hang up and they call right back
I received a call from Jonathan Davis threatening to send a Sheriff and levy my bank account for something that was filed in my bankruptcy. I told him I would have my attorney call him and he said I don't need to speak with your attorney. When I challenged and questioned him he got very ignorant and threatened to prosecute me. I have a call in to my attorney.
Keeps calling three different cell numbers and calls people ignorant if you challenge him; Jonathan Davis. If there was a charge against my son would have gotten notice from the county.
Calling people I know giving them my personal information and calling and harassing me saying his name is Jonathan Davis with CRS filing a complaint filed with my county. If I had a complaint filed from the county I would receive a letter from the county. Not to mention, I did not live in said county during the time he is saying the complaint originated from.
Back to back calling, says to call back about a complaint filed county no information given of who they are only a phone number and file number to call them back. Counties will send you a letter if there is a problem. Blocked/Reported
