Credit card fraud - they charged my card almost $200. I call their number and it just sings this stupid song on hold - no one evers picks up.

I received the same call as above. They have a "file" that needs to get to my husband (They knew his name) and they would "Put it on hold" for one hour waiting for his call back. smdh. They people need to get a life!

Got call from this 833-461-7712 number..."this is Gary, calling to do a follow up on the complaint received in my office for a "son's name"...blah blah blah call the number to discuss this matter further...thought I'd check the number before I called it back and found these logs...thanks for the heads up.

restricted number, left message there is a case against you, call in 2 hours or they will send guido to break your legs. actually call in 2 hours or they will proceed forward.....blah blah blah.

Received multiple calls as most complaints on here where they left a voicemail saying that there was a case open under my name and I had to call back to the 8334617712 number within the next two hours or they would be taking action against me. Same thing happened 2 weeks ago, except they also called my wife's phone and my mother's phone with the same message. Needless to say I will not be calling them back.

I had the same experience from the number. They had my brother's name. "To avoid further action against you, you must call the agency handling your case" and to call 833-461-7712 with the 5 digits "case number". It is amazing how easy it is to do a reverse phone search to get your full name or family name. There is a special place in hell for such scammers.

They left me a voicemail from a blocked number called many times even calling my sons number asking for me by my last name 10 years ago. They said there was something against me to call this number or further action would be taken. I won’t be calling!

same thing as the other 2 mentions here. they didnt use my name they used my dads name. they leave the 833 number to call back and gave me a 5 digit "case number". no im not calling them back and they deserve to burn in hell

They said I had a case against me and I needed to contact them directly to avoid further actions. It started with my work phone being rung, next they called my mobile but then my mother called back to gather more details on this bogus call which we knew was a scam because they were asking for not my legal name. The part that concerns me is they somehow managed to get my grandparents number as well. I will be reporting this to the authorities.

I received voicemails from an unknown number at my work phone and my mobile phone stating that a complaint has been filed against me. The message stated "To avoid further action against you, you must call the agency handling your case" and to call 833-461-7712. Before calling I searched on the number and was directed to this page. Other searches for this number come up with no number found.
