Who called me from this phone number (833) 391-1032

Claiming to be some sort of weed dispensary in Washington state. I don't live anywhere nearby, the closest I've been to WA is California, and I'm certainly not a customer. Not sure if the number is a scam or if my identity has been stolen. "Hello! Our team at Evergreen Market Kirkland is ready to make your day a whole lot better. Please reply YES to confirm your order for $60.00."
