Text msg with scam link for benefits to account

I received a call I a civil suite has been filed against me. This is not the second time this has happened in the last 3 months. Prior to this it came from a number #855-513-9073. I am from Wisconsin.

back to back calls - no message, absolutely ridiculous to assume we will have a conversation if there is such harrassment
