His name was Alex from a Pediatric "Call will be recorded for quality assurance". Asking to speak to "My Name" and for me to verify my info. I refuse to give information telling him I have no kids for Pediatric department to call me. Obviously it was not a collection because he would have said "This is an attempt to collect a Debt". I can guarantee my name was taken from a job application that I had just submitted which asked for birthdate and many other info that a job should not by law required answered and should be as Option.
