A man calling himself Patrick Hall from Region Consumer Services left a message stating that my failure to respond to his company's written request had gone unanswered.. However, his company was giving residents, or their legal representative, the opportunity to call back and leave a statement regarding a numbered file. I don't believe it's a safe call.
Never heard of them. They didn't show up anywhere in a web search. They didn't identify the call as debt collection.
