The call came from 347-761-3208 and directed me to call 833-280-2588 indicating they were from Fidelis Care to set up a personal "at home visit".I refused.

Got a call from 888-343-3547, said he was with Fidelis and tried to get our birthdate. We asked for a name & number to call. Said he was derick & to call back to 833-280-2588. Fidelis confirmed they don’t have that number in the system.
