Got a robo call from this number saying I needed to call them back as they will be auto charging my account in the amount of $299.00 - obviously BS. However I called just to see what they were going to say. They told me my account would be charged in 5 hours. They said the call was to confirm that I wanted to renew their service. So just for funzies, I asked for the last 4 digits of the card they were going to auto-bill; of course I got the "We are not allowed to give out that information" I then was "transferred" to the "billing" department. Billing got on the line (this would be the guy next to him, as I heard him ask the guy next to him to tell me he was from the billing department (that was smart). Billing also wasn't allowed to give me that information. I told him that if they were going to bill me, they have to let me know which card it will be on so I can make sure the money was there - as expected- they still weren't allowed to give me the last 4 of my card number. I asked him to give me the card #, and advised him if he couldn't provide it I will assume his call was BS - and suddenly they disconnected the call. Was fun to waste their time with the little chat we had. Please don't get caught off guard by these idiots - do not call.
