Who called me from this phone number (833) 262-9574

I got the same text, but it was $25.00 at AMZN Digital w/card 0036. Problem is, I don't have a Regions card ending with those 4 numbers. It's definitely a SCAM.

Text received saying "Hi it's Regions (8332629574). Did you spend $10.99 at TRTHFDR*TRUTH w/card 0197? Text 1 if YES, 2 if NO. Text STOP to end fraud alerts to this number." Well, the thing is I did spend it using that card. They also sent me an email.
