Who called me from this phone number (833) 246-1138

Has called every morning @ 10 am for the last three days...including a Saturday morning, to try & sell us protection coverage for our in home gas line. When the person ( states name is Abdullah Smith) comes on the line, he asks what phone number are we calling from & what is the call about. I stated "You called me so you have my phone number. What can I do for you?". He then asked if I was an existing customer. I said "I don't know. What are you calling about?". He then went into his sales pitch. At that point, I hung up.
