Definitely spam at the least. I got a text on my cell. I called the number from a different (honeypot) line and got v-mail about a person calling himself Alex and says he is a local investor and buys houses. Asks to leave him your name, address, and number and he'll be sure to get back to you.

Called number back via alternate "honeypot" line. Call went straight to voice mail with an outgoing announcement of "Hi, this is Alex. I'm a local investor and i buy houses. All cash. No realtor commission. As-is. I'd love to speak with you about giving you a no obligation cash offer for your house please leave me a detailed message with your name number and the address of the property you are looking to sell and I'll be sure to get right back with you. thank you and I look forward to speaking with you soon."
