Pretended to be Capital City Bank to gain more identity information. Texted a fraud alert prior to the call. What tipped us off? Capital City Bank fraud Dept never calls after biz hours and never asks for home address verification right away.
Cap City Bank Fraud called to verify I was trying to charge on my debit card at the grocery store. Had to run my card several times.
