start saying they are my current internet provider but didn't even say what company. after i hung up they called again and said they are from AT&T but i am not even using AT&T. complete scam call.
Pretended to be Capital City Bank to gain more identity information. Texted a fraud alert prior to the call. What tipped us off? Capital City Bank fraud Dept never calls after biz hours and never asks for home address verification right away.
Caller was automated female voice. Said my Microsoft license for Win 10 and Office 365 (which I do not have), will expire if I do not call back. SCAM, Win 10 license does not expire.
scammed for 1244.00 locked my computer up stated that if I didn't call them that I wouldn't be able to use my computer. Hacker. said that they were A Grade Solutions.
