Who called me from this phone number (832) 981-3840

Caller knew my name and address. as it was obvious a call from call center - background noise - I told him his information was wrong. We get so many of these fake calls it has become harassment. We are continually reporting them all, but they keeping coming. Normally, we do not answer, but this morning I made a mistake.
