The message states "You are being contacted by the fraud enforcement unit, this is a formal notice of reprimand to notify you of an aggravated complaint being filed against you today. Our office has reserved its right to commence legal proceedings to state level without further notification."

The call is a robo call saying that I need to call another 832 area code number telling me I owe money to something I have never had before. It is scary. They threaten you .
