Who called me from this phone number (832) 637-8006

This call was the exact same call I receivrd from another number (?+1 (312) 767-6479?) at or around the same time. It is someone claiming to be an officer of the SSA preparing s case against me for illegal use of a SSN. They go on to ask me to call them back before legal proceedings begin.
