Wow!! These people are using “spoofing” technology to harass people. This number belongs to a real person with a real job and has nothing to do with any kind of work from home schemes. The owner of this cell phone # has no affiliation with any business claiming to be a work from home opportunity, and also lacks the technology to be able to leave a recorded message. After receiving recorded messages from a spoofed # only 1 digit off from this one, decided to run a search for both numbers and suspicions are now confirmed. If they are spoofing calls only 1 or 2 digits different from the targets phone # then it’s safe to assume these spammers could also be using the owner of this phones’ # to spoof and spam with. And here we are. How can this issue be resolved if we file a complaint, but scammers are using spoofing technology? This is frustrating and concerning as it could leave a bad impression of the real owner of this number, an innocent bystander who was unaware their phone number was being used to spoof calls since July.wow. I hope there’s a way to block and track down the actual source of these spam calls in the near the near future.
