Left a message saying they were coming to my home with notarized docs between 3 and 5pm the next day, and gave this number to call the “filing party” and refer to my “file number” starting with AB. They even went so far as to call my brother when I didn’t respond.
I got the same dumb call today.
I just received a call. To my knowledge, I do not owe anything and they referred to me by my previous last name that I haven't gone by in 3 years. Also, I have recently purchased a home 2 years ago, approved to refinance my home 30 days ago, refinanced my vehicles 3 weeks ago...so what the heck?
She stated that she was a process server, provided a case number starting with AB, and told me that she would come to my house or job around 3-5pm on Monday to serve the subpoena. She explained if I was not there to receive the documents, she would document it as a direct refusal and my court case would go on with me.
just got same message only thing different was they mention my name and none of my credit reports show anything within 7 years.

Same fraud call as I do not owe anyone money. Threats to show up at my job. When I asked them to verify my address they could not, when I asked what county the court proceedings were at they could not provide that. They tried this last year and when you call the supposed attorneys number it is the same call center that just called you.

I received the same but as a voicemail. It was a man named Adrian, but I could barely understand the message. All I could hear was he was coming to my house “tomorrow” between 3 and 5 and if I couldn’t be there to sign the paperwork to call the number. And he also referred to me by my married name which I was divorced 13 years ago and my maiden name after that. It has to be a scam!!!
