Call claiming to come from Dell is total BS. Dell only speaks to you about problems with your computer if you call them. They do not monitor your computer and only know something is wrong if you call and ask for help.
What kind of shit is this. People get calls form this number or numbers very close to and around it and it is dell they say to fix your computer. How and why do they get my number and when I block it, it dont seem to block very well and wonder just what the hell is going on. What a world of BS!
