did some research. they are call centers selling health insurance. you may have signed up on https://texas-ppo-plans.com. as soon as you sign up (give name and phone #), tens of call centers will call you, over and over. NO WAY to get off the call list globally. you need to talk to each one of them to get taken off their list. here are couple more numbers I got within a 30 minutes period
