Received call from 'Investigator Winters'. Stated she was hired by attorneys to get documents to me on a two part complaint. One for wage assignment and second for fraud. Said due to the 'fraud' complaint I should contact 254-870-3962 to give my statement before documents are delivered. 254-870-3962 is WHA Associates and, Robert Guiliano. This call was illegal, and at the same time comical on so many levels.
