They leave no messages & will keep calling until you answer.
Sounds like hundreds of people in a crowded room reciting the same speech. Definitely a boiler room.
First, I suspected it to be a robocall until I answered one time. I asked not to be called again, but they didn’t heed my request.

So it’s either actually a local caller or masked to appear local.
