Called and a recording began as soon as I answered saying “Take a deep breath, it’s just a bad day. Not a bad life.” Then it got quiet. I tried to speak to whoever it was however, the phone hung up. It gave me the chills.
I've reviewed 2 calls from this number saying they're gonna serve me. Sounds like a backwoods crackhead on phone. Says his name is Mr Davis. Always calls from a restricted number.
Caller Trying to get personal information. Hangs up when I tell them I'm recording and filing with my State of WA Attorney General Office.
