Aware of a scheduled install w ATT the following day, offered upgraded Wifi , I told him we already upgraded, that's what the service was coming out for, and then he tried offering alarm system and advised he had a licensed agent he could get on the line. I advised him we already had Alarm system and he said ok well have a good day. Didn't confirm the details about ATT service. Figured it was a scam.

Somehow the caller was aware of a scheduled AT&T service call just made for the next day. He was calling to confirm arrival time for the AT&T technician. Then tried to work his scam around that visit by offering high speed internet and a security system before I hung up.

Only after signing up with ATT did I start getting these calls. Att needs to look into it's employees maybe stealing your info. Just saying.
