Who called me from this phone number (831) 824-2191

They call several times a day saying they are from Travel Advisor. Doing the "can you hear me ok" scam.

Keep calling, say the call is recorded, woman introduces herself and says she is from Medicare, then lines goes blank. every other day the same.
