I got a call at my office from the same number. They Indian guy said he was with the City of Richardson Economic Development and asked when our office was relocating and how soon. I asked why he was calling and why he needed to know this information and he hung up. He said his name was Tyler Johnson.... He was clearly no Tyler Johnson!

I first had a man call asking all about our company moving offices. He claimed to be from the Arizona Economic Development division. He had chickens going off in the background. He was asking pushy questions and how many people worked in the office and when we were moving. I said call me back from your office, there are chickens in the background like a farm yard. His partner called back with the same heavy indian accent asking for my boss. I said sorry shes not taking calls, feel free to email her any "survey questions" and hung up.

This lady calls our office from this number all the time asking us if we have found a space to move offices, when I tell her Im not the one who makes those decisions she proceeds to ask again and again if we have found a space then proceeds to get aggressive with me. When i tell her to take us off their list she cuts me off and hangs up. SUPER FISHY!!! Tell them to fuck off next time someone from this number calls.

I have a lady calling every month from this number. She says that she is from the Austin Better Business Bureau and wants to know about us moving our headquarters to Cedar Park area. I tell her that we are not moving. She cuts me off and says that she knows that we are and then proceeds to ask me all kinds of questions about our company. I tell her that I'm not authorized to answer her. She keeps asking. I tell her I'm not authorized. She gets very mean and aggressive with me. I hang up. She calls back a few minutes later and acts like she never even talked to me and then starts asking the same questions as before. I have started playing with her and give her crazy answers. About to have our IT department block this number.

Man called saying his name was Mike from the San Antonio Building Division and wanted to verify our business address. The connection was very poor and I knew he was not who he said he was, so I asked him what street his office was located on. He gave me a local street name, but no city building division was listed. When I told him I could not find that department he claimed they were part of SA Development Services, on an entire different street. I searched their website and of course it was not listed. He got nervous and said he would call back. He has called several times, same person, and I am sure he will call again hoping to get someone else. I will be more direct with him when he calls back.

Guy said his name was George calling from state of PA. Wanted to know if I had a moment to update information. I asked him where he was calling from wouldn't tell me just kept asking the same questions. I told him I was too busy to answer his questions and hung up. He called back 3 times I finally asked him to stop calling he yelled at me told me I was unprofessional and said that he would report me for being rude. Then he hung up on me.

this # called saying they were from the state of illinois asking how many people were in our office. so sketchy. obviously not from illinois w a cali area code.

Erika Watson from the State of California Business Development Office called. She asked if we were still planning on moving our office space. I did not get into specifics with her. I asked for her name and phone number so I could redirect her call. She said she'd call back. I told her that was fine, but I would be asking her for the same information; name and phone number. She said her name was Erika Watson and hung up. Oh well.
