Who called me from this phone number (831) 353-2100

This number has called many times. Sometimes leaves a garbled recorded message for me to contact them back sometimes not. Now calls are coming way past closing hours for businesses.

Call claiming to be from Comcast/Xfinity wanting to review my services. Sounded sketchy. I've never had them call from a local number before.
