Sounds like they're using an autodialer. When the phone is answered, there is a cliick and then a live person comes on the line and says, "hola".

Didn't get a call, but got an email saying I purchased 2 TVs from Target through Paypal Credits, this number was in the email to call if there was an issue with the transaction. No idea what it is about, but just checked my Paypal account and it is fine. Scam!
