21 Apr 2021. Received a call from 828-333-4840. Caller asking if we knew of a person. Would not provide any additional information as to why they were calling our number. They hung up and called right back. Same person. Most likely a collection agency.
Called me by my maiden name and asked me if my installation time of tomorrow morning for Direct TV was still accurate. I stated I did not order Direct TV and they hung up.
This call is coming from DirecTV, you can see it on caller ID. When you pick up the phone there's nothing, nobody, just silence. If you call the number back it goes to programmed DirecTV bullshit, like you're calling about billing or customer service. It's all programmed with NO option that can help. Customer service does NOT know what's going on. Can I please have a location so I can go and eliminate these assholes?

02/07/18 Called 6 times in one day hangs up when I answer. When I call back recording says number does not exist.
