Area Code 820 Text Scams and Spam Calls

Refused to identify self and would not state purpose of call.

got a call from 820-946-5535 and cancelled it on 2nd ring.

Called on the pretense of being associated with Amazon.

Blocked number sometime ago but somehow they still get to leave voicemail even tho my phone doesnt ring.
