Receive an email stating that Norton would be renewed. Called the phone number in the email and the kind gentlemen who answered requested I download and install TeamViewer so that he could "cancel my order". Then he called me an a** hole after he asked what state I was from, and my answer didn't match my caller ID area code. How rude!! SCAMMER.
