Who called me from this phone number (818) 806-0491

Got a call from 818-806-0491 a male stated that he was calling regarding a personal matter related a trip abroad some years ago and ask me to verify my zip code. I refused and told him to state his business. He told me I could check them out on BBB and I still refused. He said for to call him back if I changed my mind. I said I would not and that I was going to block his number.
