Got an email saying they would auto renew my virus protection. They want you to call them to get a refund. They just want your info. Do NOT respond to them. SCAM!!! Received an email from "dearcustomer@geeksquad.com" confirming a Visa payment of $429.99 for 3-year renewal plan. I did not subscribe to this plan and they did not list the customary last four digits of the Visa card they claim they charged. They listed a phone number (818) 668-3401 to call for inquiries or cancellations. I did not call the number and don't plan to call them. These people should be reported!!!
