Who called me from this phone number (818) 574-5144

Person called on my cell phone, stated that they were from Microsoft and that my IP address is being compromised at this very moment on my computer by hackers. I explained that I did not have a computer at home, nor do I have internet at home and that he was nothing but a scammer. He denied and continued to tell me that I did have a computer at home. I turned the number over to the Sheriffs Dept.
