Who called me from this phone number (818) 493-1950

This was a recording, semi-female voice, claiming to be the IRS investigative unit. Perhaps one of the worst translations from God-know-what language to English we've heard in quite some time. These people should be embarrassed and at least put out of their own misery, and are definitely candidates for a future "Crooks Are Stupid" column.
