Who called me from this phone number (818) 336-1903

This person emailed me asking to buy skin care products and could only communicate via text or email because she claimed “deaf” lady. Saying she is sending a cashiers check but for more than the amount of the products and for me to send a regular check back? It seemed too fishy.
