This is "Energy Efficiency Agency." They were going to help my dad get someone to PAINT the exterior of his house through California prop 39, which according to www.energy.ca.gov is "California Clean Energy Jobs Act K-12 Program" that helps schools " install energy efficiency upgrades and clean energy generation measures."

"Energy Efficiency Agency" called us to get someone to come over to evaluate our home for government grants that could help us repair and upgrade with no cost to us. I called the number back to talk to a "Adrian Cooper" and instead a guy by the name of Kevin answered. It was very weird. This is a sketchy number and I would never let a random call have rights to come onto my property so we can get free money. That doesn't happen in the real world.
