Who called me from this phone number (817) 920-8411

No voice mail. Uninjured caller... blocking doesn't stop unwanted callerssomething to do with Facebook forcing unwanted contacts by so called friend's of friend's. I do not know how to stop it rather than save contact, all caller if they called me, report & block. I always ask those I relate to leave a voice mail & what it pertains? Rarely do people do that.
