Who called me from this phone number (817) 869-9223

Called claiming they were from the state of OK (woth a TX area code), claiming a warrant be "filed" for arrest. Supposedly on a bounced check written to the state (never happened). Could not say what state agency the check was written to, what the dollar amount was, or what bank the check was from. "All of that information is sealed in the warrant filing", is what they said. But if I would pay them $1645.35, the warrant would "go away".
