Woman calls and says she is on a recorded line. Then she will ask you if you can hear her. THEY WANT YOU TO SAY YES. Then they go on with their Vacation Scam call and they have your "YES" recorded and say you have agreed to whatever they are selling. This is an old SCAM, Hang up immediately and Do Not Say Yes!!
