Who called me from this phone number (817) 490-5789

Calls received, despite our being on both Texas and Federal No Call lists. First at 9:29 CDT and second at 10:39 CDT, February 14, 2018. Attempted returning the call only to get a 'The number you have dialed is not a working number'. You'd think people had better things to do or, minimally, would take the time to check the No Call lists!!!
